1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With original tags and packaging

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

To start a return, email us at hello@greyelmstudios.com with your order confirmation number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

 

PLEASE NOTE :

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
