We’re just as excited about your order as you are. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your Grey Elm Studios pieces from our shelves to your doorstep.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking info once it ships.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders (like during launches or sales), there may be a slight delay — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Shipping Options & Rates
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Domestic (U.S.):
• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
• Expedited options available at checkout
International:
• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)
• Customs fees may apply- see below
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
If it’s been more than 72 hours and there’s no movement, shoot us a message at hello@greyelmstudios.com and we’ll take a look.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If something’s off, email us ASAP — we can’t reroute packages once they’re out the door.
International Orders & Customs
We love our global fam, but:
• You’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
• We can’t guarantee how long customs will hold onto your package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. That said — if something weird happens, email us. We’ll always do what we can to help.
